Pasargad Oil Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was registered under registration number 205566 on July 9, 2003, with the Tehran Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office.
Pursuant to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated July 28, 2008, the Company’s legal status was changed to a Public Joint Stock Company, and the said change was officially registered with the Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office on September 29, 2008. The Company has been listed on Iran Fara Bourse since December 12, 2012.

Currently, the Company is a subsidiary of Tamin Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Investment Company, and the ultimate parent company of the Group is Social Security Investment Company (SSIC).
The Company’s head office is located at North Motahari Street, end of Second Sahel Alley, Darya Boulevard, Saadat Abad, Tehran, Iran, and the Company has no branches or representative offices.

The principal subject of the Company’s activities includes the construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the purpose of producing, marketing, packaging, selling, and exporting petrochemical products; the storage, import, export, and conversion of all petrochemical and chemical materials and their by-products and related derivatives, whether industrial or consumable; and the carrying out of all manufacturing and industrial, commercial, technical, and engineering activities that are directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned operations.
