Tehran Oil Refining Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was registered on December 2, 2002, under registration number 195465, with the Tehran Companies Registration Office.
Pursuant to the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated April 8, 2003, the Company’s name was changed to Iran Zamin Oil Company, and subsequently, based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated July 12, 2003, it was renamed Iranol Oil Company.

Furthermore, on September 7, 2008, in accordance with the minutes of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated July 14, 2008, the Company’s legal status was changed from a Private Joint Stock Company to a Public Joint Stock Company.
On December 12, 2012, the Company was admitted to the Tehran Securities and Exchange Organization, and on February 3, 2013, it was listed under the Petroleum Products, Coke and Nuclear Fuel Group with the ticker symbol “SHIRANL”. The Company’s shares were traded for the first time on the Iran Fara Bourse on February 13, 2013.

All the aforementioned changes, along with the Articles of Association, were duly registered with the Companies Registration Office.
The Company’s head office is located at No. 197, Mollasadra Street, Tehran, Iran.

The principal subject of activity of the parent company includes all commercial, industrial, and service operations related to various types of engine and industrial oils, the production and sale of products, as well as the import and export of all engine and industrial oil products and related derivatives.

The subject of activity of the subsidiary company includes the production and sale of various industrial oil products, greases, industrial cleaners, and different types of chemical materials, as well as the provision of international commercial services, including export and import activities.
