The establishment license for Masjed Soleiman Petrochemical Industries Company, dated February 27, 2011, for the production of urea and ammonia, was obtained from the Khuzestan Province Organization of Industries and Mines, and the executive operations of the project commenced as of that date.
In 2016, pursuant to an agreement between the private sector (Yousef Davoudi) and the Civil Servants Retirement Fund Investment Company, 51 percent of the company’s shares were transferred to the Civil Servants Retirement Fund Investment Company.

The Company’s mission, in accordance with Article 3 of the Articles of Association, is to operate in the field of construction, commissioning, operation, production, sale, and conversion of all petrochemical and chemical materials, as well as their related products and derivatives.
