Ilam Petrochemical Company, bearing national ID 10102942739, was registered as a Private Joint Stock Company under registration number 25386 on 07/06/1384 (August 29, 2005) at the Tehran Registry of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions.

At the time of its establishment, the company’s assets were obtained based on Resolution No. 1105 of the Board of Directors of the National Petrochemical Company, through the transfer of the net assets of Bushehr Petrochemical Company.

Currently, Ilam Petrochemical Company operates as a subsidiary entity of Iranian Petrochemical Investment Group Company (Public Joint Stock Company), and the ultimate parent entity of the group is Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (Public Joint Stock Company).

The company’s head office is located in Tehran, Africa Boulevard, Commercial Petrochemical Building No. 2, and its manufacturing site is located in Ilam Province, Chavar, Ilam Petrochemical Complex.

The subject of the Company’s activities, pursuant to Article 3 of the Articles of Association, is as follows:

The construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the purpose of production, recovery, sale, and export of petrochemical products; storage for export; and processing and conversion of all petrochemical and chemical materials, as well as related by-products and derivatives thereof.
The utilization of financial facilities from banks and credit institutions; the performance of service, financial, credit (non-banking), and commercial operations related to the Company’s activities; and the execution of all actions and operations that are directly or indirectly necessary and beneficial for the realization of the Company’s objectives or required for the implementation of the Company’s activities, in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.

During the financial year under report, the Company’s principal activity was exclusively the production of polyethylene, which is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Operating License No. 11782/122 dated 05/08/1394 (October 27, 2015), issued by the Ministry of Industries and Mines of Ilam Province, with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, and is currently in operation.
