Amirkabir Petrochemical Company, bearing national ID 10101807733, was established as a Public Joint Stock Company on 12/11/1376 (February 1, 1998) and registered under registration number 137672 with the Tehran Registry of Companies and Industrial Property. The Company commenced its operational activities as of the same date.

On 27/06/1389 (September 18, 2010), the Company was listed on Iran Fara Bourse (IFB) and is currently classified under the “Yellow Base Board”.

At present, Amirkabir Petrochemical Company operates as a subsidiary of Refah Bank, and the ultimate parent entity of the group is the Social Security Organization.

The Company’s principal subject of activity, pursuant to Article 2 of the Articles of Association, is as follows:

The construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the purpose of producing, marketing, selling, and exporting petrochemical products; storage, import, export, and processing of all petrochemical and chemical materials, as well as their related by-products and derivatives; and carrying out all production, industrial, commercial, technical, engineering, and trading activities that are directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned operations, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

During the financial year under report, the Company’s main activities consisted of the production and sale of petrochemical products (Note 5).
