According to the Public Relations of Saba Energy Holding, at the beginning of the meeting, Ali Panahi, the CEO of the holding, thanked the cooperation of the managers of the National Iranian Tanker Company and emphasized the importance of strengthening supervisory layers, continuously updating information, providing regular performance, financial, and operational reports, and paying dividends to shareholders, including the Pension Fund of the Country.

Subsequently, a comprehensive 9-month report of the National Iranian Tanker Company was reviewed, covering the fleet status, operational revenues, costs, insurance and tax files, and the balance sheet. According to the report, the trend of maritime transportation services over the past months has been relatively stable, and the fleet maintenance and repair programs have proceeded as planned.

One of the main topics of discussion during the meeting was addressing idle properties and non-productive assets of the company. It was agreed that correspondence with Saba Omran Holding and Saba Arme Company would be conducted to follow up on these matters within the framework of the laws and in the best interest of the company.

Additionally, during the session, the cash flow situation, sources and uses statement, human resources-related processes, and corporate governance and inspection reports were reviewed. The meeting aimed to strengthen coordination between the National Iranian Tanker Company and Saba Energy Holding, with an emphasis on continuing periodic sessions to monitor key issues and improve efficiency.
