Saba Armeh Company was established on 2006/08/05 as a private joint stock company and was registered under number 277228 dated 2006/08/05 at the Tehran Registration Office for Companies and Industrial Property. Based on the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 2006/10/02, the company’s name was changed from “Pouyandegan Tavana Investment Company” to “Saba Armeh Company,” and Articles 1 and 2 of the company’s Articles of Association were amended according to the aforementioned meeting minutes.
