The group consists of Industrial Rena Group Investment Company (the parent company) and its subsidiary companies. Industrial Rena Group Investment Company was established on 1977/12/30 as a public joint-stock company and was registered under No. 27249 dated 1977/12/31 with the national ID 10100727160 at the Tehran Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office.

According to Article 3 of the Articles of Association, the business activities of Rena Industrial Group Investment Company include investment and participation in companies and production units, as well as the purchase and sale of shares of companies and its subsidiaries.
The company’s subsidiaries operate in the field of customer financing through the procurement of goods—both movable and immovable—via leasing and transferring them to customers under lease-to-own or installment sales contracts.
Other activities include concluding commercial and industrial agreements with domestic and foreign companies, importing and exporting authorized goods, and the purchase and sale of shares of all companies and participation bonds.
