According to Clause 1 of Article 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the main activity consists of performing all actions and operations required for the establishment of steel production plants and related facilities, including various processes of melting, casting, rolling, and plate manufacturing; production of different types of steel plates in various widths and diameters; billets, slabs, blooms, and pipes; as well as establishing auxiliary plants such as oxygen, lime, power generation, direct-reduction units, and water treatment facilities, and performing all necessary operations to achieve these objectives.
The company’s products include various grades of steel plates, and the primary purpose of establishing this plant is the production of wide steel plates in grades X60, X65, and X70.
