Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company (Public Joint Stock) was established on February 4, 1967 (15/11/1345) under the name Ahvaz Pipe Mills Factory and registered with No. 11254 at the Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office of Tehran. Subsequently, on June 17, 1969 (27/6/1348), following approval by the General Assembly, the company’s name was changed to Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company.
On January 23, 1996 (03/11/1374), the company was renamed Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company (Private Joint Stock). Later, in 2000, based on a Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution, 100% of the company’s shares were transferred in settlement of government liabilities to the Civil Servants Pension Fund (25.5%), the Social Security Organization (25.5%), and the 380 Companies Fund. Accordingly, the company’s legal status was changed from Private Joint Stock to Public Joint Stock Company.
