Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company (Public Joint Stock) was established on February 4, 1967 (15/11/1345) under the name Ahvaz Pipe Mills Factory and registered with No. 11254 at the Companies Registration and Industrial Property Office of Tehran. Subsequently, on June 17, 1969 (27/6/1348), following approval by the General Assembly, the company’s name was changed to Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company.

On January 23, 1996 (03/11/1374), the company was renamed Ahvaz Pipe Mills Company (Private Joint Stock). Later, in 2000, based on a Cabinet of Ministers’ resolution, 100% of the company’s shares were transferred in settlement of government liabilities to the Civil Servants Pension Fund (25.5%), the Social Security Organization (25.5%), and the 380 Companies Fund. Accordingly, the company’s legal status was changed from Private Joint Stock to Public Joint Stock Company.

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Articles of Association, the company’s activity includes the production and sale of pipes with diameters ranging from 6 to 56 inches, as well as the production and sale of pipe coatings with diameters from 2 to 56 inches.

By supplying pipes for major projects such as Phases 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the South Pars Project, the company has demonstrated its capabilities in meeting the demands of leading domestic and international companies. With an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of various steel pipes, 4 million square meters of external coating, and more than 3.5 million square meters of internal coating for different types of pipes, and through the execution of pipe supply contracts with domestic and foreign companies, the firm has consistently served as a key driving force within the country’s economic cycle.
